Wight in Bloom 2017 — Special Recognition Award to Phillippa & Steve Lambert for their work undertaken to restore the Walled Garden.
August 2010
Garden party and outdoor concert in aid of IWNTT and Kids Ark, Thailand. Guests toured the garden, and afterwards listened to the a cappella choir, Niki B’s NoteOrious, performing in the courtyard.
August 2009
A Charity Garden Party in aid of IWNTT and Kids Ark, Thailand. Guests were invited to a tour the garden with Simon Goodenough, Curator of the Ventnor Botanic Garden.
August 2008
Charity Garden Party in aid of the Ellen McArthur Trust and sponsored by Marks & Spencer. Guests were toured the garden in the company of Alan Titchmarsh.
Grand Designs
The project was a finalist in the Channel 4 'Grand Designs' National Awards for 2007.
Design awards 2007
The Isle of Wight Council awarded Haddon Lake House the Sustainable Design Award, and was also adjudged the AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) Rural Design Winner.

The reinstatement of the historic landscape to its former glory was recognised when the project was awarded the 'Jo Mitchell Award for Landscape Restoration'.
